Being confident in its potential and experienced team, the company is launching 4 brand new “Design for the Rich” housing models with usable areas ranging from 800 to 1,200 SQM. aiming at the more-than-15-MB segment at the Home Builder 2009 — Home Comes True — to be held during August 19-23, 2009.
Mr. Sakda Kovisuth, the Managing Director of Royal House Co., Ltd., one of Thailand’s top home builders who is known for more than 20 years in the market as an intelligent builder, discloses today that the home building market in the 2H09 is poised to stabilize thanks to the several positive factors, especially the fact that the consumers are more at ease now that the impacts from the global financial crisis and the local political unrest are fully realized. In general, the economy is heading towards a recovery, while the home building market is making its every effort to hold construction prices down. And despite the rising oil price outlook, it is expected that the situation will continue to stabilize for a certain period of time.
Today Royal House, which was established and known through its over 20 long service years of experience, has a total of 7 offices, including Dusit, Srinakarin, Changwattana, Rama 3, Rajapruek as well as two additional expansions in 2009 at Bangkae and Suwannabhum. Operating wise, the company enjoys quite an impressive result and registers sale revenue of 430 MB in 1H09 from its whole year projection of 800 MB. Being confident in its potentials and experienced team, the company is now set to launch 4 new “Design for the Rich” housing models with usable areas ranging from 800 to 1,200 SQM to spearhead at the higher-than-15-MB segment. The move is in line with the rising demand for its “Royal House” brand and will be executed at the Home Builder 2009 — Home Comes True — to be held during Augusut 19-23, 2009 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
“We have been serving and studying this premium segment for the past 2 years. Now that the time is right, we are confident to announce that we are now ready to focus on and target this market segment.” Mr. Sakda said.
Mr. Waiyawit Hanwiriyaritha, Design Consultant, discussed about his experience on the “Design for the Rich” that according to the company’s information, it was found that the demands to construct 10-MB home were on the rise. As these customers were cash rich, they were not adversely affected by the looming negative factors. In addition, the competition was not that severe, as the customers would choose their builder mainly based on experience and trust, which Royal House has earned quite considerably through the years.
“It is only natural for premium customers to require nothing, but uniqueness. From the past 2 years of experience serving this segment, we have acquired loads of consumer behavior and their characters.
