Mr. Piyasak Tejasen, Executive Vice President - Distribution Business, “KTC” or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, said “The new KTC customer service center or the “KTC Touch The Government Complex” that occupies a space of 487 square meters on the 1st floor of building B of The Government Complex Commemorating His Majesty The King’s 80th Birthday Anniversary, 5th December, B.E 2550 (2007) on Chaeng Wattana Road has been designed with the beautiful and modern look to serve KTC members who are government officials and people who come to use the government services in this center and nearby business offices. The expected number of people in the complex within one day is 15,000. Also, customers can come to make domestic and international airline tickets and hotel reservation at the KTC Travel Services Center. KTC Touch also provides services to customers who want to apply for KTC credit cards, to pay bills, to seek credit card and personal loan consultation and to redeem “KTC Forever Rewards” points or to make a purchase using the KTC Flexi service that offers 0% installment payment. The center also provides high-speed internet service and has a large “Event Promotion Space” for exhibition, workshop, mini-concert, edutainment activities and sales promotion of products at special prices and with varieties that respond to the needs of all life-styles of KTC members to be organized in conjunction with business partners. The customers can participate, closely enjoy all atmospheres or view good promotional programs on 5 large projector screens.”
The Government Complex Commemorating His Majesty The King’s 80th Birthday Anniversary, 5th December, B.E 2550 (2007) is a home of 29 government agencies such as the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology , the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Royal Thai Police.
“KTC also has a plan to build this type of one-stop service center in other places in response to the needs of KTC customers all over the country. Currently, there are 38 KTC Touch Centers, 34 in Bangkok and the suburb and 4 in the provincial areas.”
