Dr. Apichai Boontherawara (third right), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), and top executives of 7 other Specialized Financial Institutions (SFIs), namely Government Savings Bank, Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives, Government Housing Bank, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand, Islamic Bank of Thailand, Small Business Credit Guarantee Corporation, and Secondary Mortgage Corporation, co-signed Memorandums of Understanding to set up the SFIs’ Risk Management Club. The ceremony was presided by Mr. Pradit Phataraprasit (center), Deputy Minister of Finance, at GSB’s Head Office on October 19, 2009.
