Dr. Prasarn Trairatvorakul, President, KASIKORNBANK and Dr. Duangporn Arpasin, the President of Secondary Mortgage Corporation jointly presided over the MOU signing ceremony of the housing loan program with four fixed-rate packages up to four years. The newly launched housing loan program also offer a loan period up to 30 years with the loan limit up to 95 percent of home price. The Bank aims to target new clients with monthly income of 10,000 baht who went to purchase a housing unit among residential project within greater Bangkok. The MOU signing ceremony was recently held at KBank, Pahon Yothin Building.
