Standard and Poor's Ratings Services corrected and raised its rating on Southern California Metropolitan Water District's series 2000B3 and 2000B4 bonds to 'AAA/A-1+' from 'AA+/A-1+.' On May 10, 2007, we raised the underlying rating (SPUR) on the district to 'AAA/Stable' from 'AA+/Stable'. However, the series 2000B3 and 2000B4 bonds were inadvertently omitted from this rating action due to an administrative error.
