Standard & Poor's Ratings Services withdrew its long-term and underlying rating (SPUR) on the University of Washington's series 2000 revenue bonds issued for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. The bonds were refunded by the university's series 2008 bonds and are no longer outstanding.
