Mr. Prasarn Trairatvorakul, President, KASIKORNBANK, presented a trophy to Mr. Pongsak Lothongkam, Chief Executive Officer, SVI Public Company Limited to congratulate the executive on achieving the First Thai Listed Company Management Buyout Deal. KASIKORNBANKGROUP took part in the MBO deal as the only financial advisor and the sole lender of 1,800 million baht facility. The ceremony was held recently at KASIKORNBANK, Pahon Yothin Building.
