Germany’s Three Michelin Star Chef Juan Amador will showcase his modern and exciting cuisine at Le Normandie, Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok from Monday 1 to Saturday 6 March 2010 inclusive (lunch and dinner).
Chef Juan's "AMADOR" restaurant located in Langen near Frankfurt, Germany, opened in 2004 and was awarded the Three Stars in 2007.
The 39-year-old German with Spanish origins is a chef of the avant-garde presenting his new interpretation of the classical Catalan-Basque-French cuisine using the most modern techniques and scientific methods.
