Enjoy a sumptuous 5-course set dinner menu includes “Whole foie gras preserved with Chinese cabbage apples berries”, “Lobster cooked in a turtle consomm?, quail egg, Saladana ,Oba leaf and Sudachi lime”, “Crab Soup with Prawns, Crab Roe Espuma and Saffron Mussel Jus, Crispy Crab tuile” “Pumpkin and Spinach Cr?me Br?l?e, Confit White beans with ginger ice cream”. Price is THB THB 4,000 net per person. Chef Corby’s a la carte menu selection is also available.

In 1991, Dominique Corby became the Sous Chef of “La Tour d'Argent”, a prestigious restaurant in Paris. Thereafter, he worked as the executive chef for “La Tour d'Argent, Tokyo”. Continuing his successful career, he became the producer of “Le 6?me Sens, Tokyo”. He creates a wide variety of dishes with inspired ideas, which are nevertheless based on traditional French cuisine. Under his leadership, the menu is being constantly renewed and the selection of available dishes will remain fresh and new.
