Magnolia Teams Up With True To Launch “iHome” Solutions Meeting Modern Resident’s Demands For Convenience, Safety, Privacy And To Be In Control Through Mobile Phone, Website And TV Plus A Special Offer For Magnolia Customers
Magnolia, the real estate developer for luxury residences, has joined with True, the leader of convergence lifestyle, to launch “iHome” (innovative Home Solution) to complete the Innovative Lifestyle for Human Well-Being concept. This is done by combining modern technology with residents’ lifestyles to develop the prototype for future residences where people can experience comfort at home in their daily lives through modern communications devices such as mobile phones, computers and TVs connected via 3G, Wi-Fi and hi-speed Internet networks. The campaign is aimed at reinforcing Magnolia’s commitment to develop residences for a sustainable quality of life in which residents can remotely monitor their families as well as access their home’s security system and major appliances from wherever they happen to be. True has a special offer to the first 10 Magnolia customers who buy Wisdom Condominium @ Punvitee Station units from today until June 30, 2010, to receive iPhone and iHome solutions.

Access Identification: using Touch SIM to identify users when you step into the entrance of the residential project until your reach you residence. This would optimize the degree of safety for customers.
Neighborhood Watch: a CCTV system through hi-speed Internet from True that would monitor family members when they are inside the premises, at the children’s playground, clubhouse, swimming pool as well as monitoring people coming in and going out of the residential project. The residents will be provided with a Username and Password.
Home Security: monitor movement inside the house and any rooms that the resident would like to check at anytime, anywhere on demand.
Membership Identification: a member system for all common areas such as lobby, clubhouse, swimming pool, recreation room and library for residents to use the services by tapping a mobile phone with a Touch SIM as a member card to indentify and reserve the time when they want to use a facility.
Shopping by Touch SIM: Use the Touch SIM to buy goods and services at convenience stores and vending machines which are installed at various locations in the residential project, including self Top Up through Multi Self-Service Kiosks.
True and Magnolia have also jointly developed a website system to link all Magnolia projects for residents to receive information and updated activity lists. Residents can also receive this type of information every time they tap the Touch SIM to a reader while the True Living Care Center (Tel. 08 2000 9999) will be open 24 hours a day.
