The iHome solutions include the following key functions:
- Access Identification: using Touch SIM to identify users when you step into the entrance of the residential project until your reach you residence. This would optimize the degree of safety for customers.
- Neighborhood Watch: a CCTV system through hi-speed Internet from True that would monitor family members when they are inside the premises, at the children’s playground, clubhouse, swimming pool as well as monitoring people coming in and going out of the residential project. The residents will be provided with a Username and Password.
- Home Security: monitor movement inside the house and any rooms that the resident would like to check at anytime, anywhere on demand.
- Membership Identification: a member system for all common areas such as lobby, clubhouse, swimming pool, recreation room and library for residents to use the services by tapping a mobile phone with a Touch SIM as a member card to indentify and reserve the time when they want to use a facility.
- Shopping by Touch SIM: Use the Touch SIM to buy goods and services at convenience stores and vending machines which are installed at various locations in the residential project, including self Top Up through Multi Self-Service Kiosks.
True and Magnolia have also jointly developed a website system to link all Magnolia projects for residents to receive information and updated activity lists.
