BTS Group Holdings (Public) Co., Ltd. fully moves forward with the launching activity of its newest condominium brand “Abstracts” with 2 condominiums projects in modern style, “Abstracts Phahonyothin Park” and “Abstract Sukhumvit 66/1”. The Company plans to launch the 2 first condominium projects valued at about 10 billion baht, including “Abstract Phahonyothin Part”, a 34-floor condominium in modern style of 3 building with about 3,000 units in total at the land of 21 rais of which 9 rais are covered by green near the BTS Phahonyothin Line (extension line), and “Abstract Sukhumvit 61/1”, which is located near the BTS Udomsuk Station. The latter is a 5-floor luxury condominium in low-rise contemporary resort ambience with 4 building of 112 units in total. These 2 projects will penetrate into 3 target groups including consumers who yearn too reside along the BTS lines, investors who want to invest in renting business and joint ventures such as land lords who want the “Abstracts” Project to develop their land plots or even developers who owns property projects can share investment with Abstract in order to mutually acquire the optimized profitability.

With plans to organize a roadshow activity namely “Abstracts Mobile Unit” under the concept “City Solutions” that will be able to interlink every traveling of the projects with Bangkok mass transit system including BTS skytrain, MRT subway and BRT in the future, the Company also introduces the “Abstracts” Project for the target groups at 5 crucial spots including Mo Chit, On Nut, Siam, Asok and Sala Deang from June 25 until July 15, 2010 in order to give an opportunity to interested persons to get informed about the Project along with registration for the Projects or their rooms visits.
