Fourpattana accentuates its market leader position to stimulate the 2H10 market, after reporting a sale of 247 million Baht in 1H10, through its launch of the new “Elegant Series” and its biggest bang ever promotion of the year at its “Fourpattana Golden Week”. The event, scheduled to be held during this coming July 1-18 at its headquarters on Ladplakao 10 Road, will play host to a grand parade of many intrigued on-site promotions from Fourpattana and its partners, i.e. Fourdevelop House, Fourpattana Interior and J.D. Pools, and is hoped to help generate more sales after the purchasing power was much affected by the political standoff.
Mr. Pramote Theerakul, the Managing Director of Fourpattana Co., Ltd., discloses the staging of its major annual event after reporting a sale of 247 million Baht (40% of its annual target of 615 million Baht) in the 1H10. In its 29th year of successful operation without the use of any contractor, the thematic “Fourpattana Golden Week”, which is scheduled during this coming July 1 — 18 at its headquarters on Ladplakao 10 Road, will host the first-time-ever launch of its new “Elegant Series” for homes with usable area of 969 SQM or more at starting price of 20 MB. In addition, there will also be the biggest bang ever promotion, where customers signing on-site contracts could receive one or more of the 5 stashes of gold from Fourpattana and its partners, i.e. Fourdevelop House, Fourpattana Interior and J.D. Pools. As a result, it is expected that the event will help generate a sale of 200 million Baht to cover up the sale lost during the political turmoil.
“We actually plan this year event at Central World, but as you all know, the political unrest has made this impossible. Hence, we decide to move the venue to our headquarters on Ladplakao 10 Road, where the event will be on from this coming July 1-18. And in order to add more colors to our event, we will put up special promotion banners in our neighborhood on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday of 2-4, 9-11 and 16-18 as a gesture of our warm welcome to our guests.” Mr. Pramote said.

On its partners’ sides, Fourdevelop House will give a special promotion, e.g. cash or material upgrading, of up to 460,000 Baht on its Smart Life and Easy System. Fourpattana Interior will give a special discount of up to 50% on its design to the first 5 customers and an additional discount of 10,000 Baht on every 1 million Baht spending with Fourpattana, while J.D. Pools will offer a discount of 200,000 Baht to any customer who is interested to build a pool.
“The recent political standoff has obviously derailed us from our 2Q10 target. The market was down and the customers were putting off their decision. From our annual target of 615 million Baht, we know from normal seasonal pattern that the sale in the second half will be better than the first. And as extra sale booster, we have also put up a plan for other sale promotion activities, i.e. our own events and the Home Builder which is organized by the Home Builder Association in August. Hence, I am quite confident that we should be able to achieve our sale target. As for our upcoming Fourpattana Golden Week, we set a rather high sale target for it as we observe from past statistics that this is the event that our customers are waiting for as they know they are going to get our best here. Therefore, if there are no more political hiccups, and everything goes smoothly as usual, I believe we will be better off in this second half than the first.” Mr. Pramote concluded.
