Absolute World Group today announced that the firm has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as condominium managers for its two new boutique properties in Phuket — Absolute Bangla Suites and Absolute Nakalay Beach Resort.

Opened in October 2009, Absolute Bangla Suites is located on Bangla Road in the heart of Patong Beach. The development is one of the most luxurious mixed-use resorts in Patong, consisting of 54 suites from studios to penthouses. Units were sold as condominium freehold, leasehold and fractional ownership.
Absolute Nakalay Beach Resort is located in the private cove of Nakalay, on the West Coast of Phuket, just five minutes from the shopping and entertainment centre of Patong Beach. Opened in January 2010, Absolute Nakalay Beach Resort offers 33 beachfront luxury apartments — studios, one and two-bedroom units, and penthouses with spectacular ocean views.
The appointment has committed Jones Lang LaSalle to providing a range of condominium management services for Absolute Bangla Suites and Absolute Nakalay Beach Resort, including Condo Juristic legalities and cost management and allocation. Resort management and operations for both properties continues to be provided by Absolute Resorts and Hotels.
