The Home Builder Association organizes a business matching program, aiming to increase trades among its members, for products and services from 69 participating companies.
The Home Builder Association initiates a new business model through a business matching program. The program, which is aimed to match-make its fellow home builder companies with manufacturers, distributors as well as suppliers of home building products and services, is meant to strengthen its member businesses and to become a platform for all member companies to update their products and services. With 69 participating companies, including home builders as well as manufacturers and distributors of steels, paints, cement, roof structure, pest control services, and etc., it is expected that the program will yield more deals in the future.
Mr. Vibul Chantradilokrat, President of the Home Builder Association, reveals today that the Association’s Business Development Department has initiated a business match program between home builders and manufacturers, distributors as well as suppliers of related home building products and services. The program, which is meant to serve as powerful marketing tool for the Associations’ members to promote their businesses, will play host to a group of related home building products and services, including manufacturers, distributors as well as suppliers of construction materials, and other related services. In addition, it will also serve as a platform to update and introduce new products and services to the home building industry as well as to conclude more deals in the future.
The program, which is among the many activities that the Association has planned for its members, is aimed to create good relationship among its members and to drive their businesses forward. In this event, a total of 69 companies as 74%, including home builders as well as manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of construction materials, steels, paints, cement, roof structure, roof tiles, door and window frames, and pest control services, will be participated. The ration between buyers and sellers will be similarly and pushing sales growth up.
We are aiming to make a platform for all members to exchange their views and conduct their businesses. And I really must say that this initial gathering has proved to be a successful start, as there have been more participants than expected. Hence, we have an idea to expand the program and make it even more perfect in the future.” Mr. Vibul said.
Mr. Vibul further adds that many business deals are expected from the program, as the Association will include both exhibitions and business discussions in the event in order to maximize benefits for all participants. In the future, it is expected that after the first edition has become successful, there will be more participants to the event and the Association will be able to expand its membership base, which will result in more diversity of products and services and ultimately more trades among its members. Moving forward, the Association expects that the event will become a platform for all to update their innovations as well as the most complete source of related home building products and services in the industry.
