ข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีแด่รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศกินีคนใหม่
ตามที่สาธารณรัฐกินีได้มีการปรับคณะรัฐมนตรีภายในประเทศ เมื่อวันที่ ๕ ตุลาคม ๒๕๕๕ ประธานาธิบดี Alpha Cond? ได้ให้ความเห็นชอบต่อรายชื่อคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ โดยมีนาย Lounc?ny Fall ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ นั้น
ในการนี้ นายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้ส่งข้อความสารแสดงความยินดีไปยัง รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศคนใหม่ของสาธารณรัฐกินี ดังนี้
