สารแสดงความยินดีถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์เนื่องในโอกาสเข้ารับตำแหน่ง

ตามที่นาย Bert Koenders ได้ปฏิญาณตนเข้ารับตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์เมื่อวันที่ ๑๗ ตุลาคม ๒๕๕๗ ที่ผ่านมานั้น พลเอกธนะศักดิ์ ปฏิมาประกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ ดังนี้

I have the honour and pleasure to extend to Your Excellency my sincere congratulations and warmest wishes on Your Excellency’s appointment as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

I am confident that your extensive background in foreign affairs, including the European Commission, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the United Nations, will contribute to the strengthening of the long and cordial relations between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Kingdom of the Netherlands. This year marks the 410th anniversary of diplomatic relations between our two countries, as well as the 406th anniversary of Thailand’s diplomatic presence in the Netherlands, which is our longest diplomatic presence in Europe. On this occasion, I am happy to note the continued exchanges between our two governments, the growth in bilateral trade, and enhanced cooperation in various areas.

I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency to broaden our cooperation for the mutual benefits of our two countries and peoples, and wish Your Excellency success in all your endeavours.
