เนื่องในวันที่ ๒๘ พฤศจิกายน เป็นวันประกาศเอกราชของสาธารณรัฐอิสลามมอริเตเนีย พลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี และพลเอกธนะศักดิ์ ปฏิมาประกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสดังกล่าว ดังนี้
