เนื่องในโอกาสที่นายนาย Abdoulaye Diop ได้รับแต่งตั้งให้ดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสาธารณรัฐมาลี นั้น พลเอก ธนะศักดิ์ ปฏิมาประกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดี ดังนี้
