In addition to the selection of international dishes the buffet will include chilled jelly fish with sesame oil, crab and abalone salad, steamed sea bass with black bean sauce, honey roast barbecued pork. There will also be seafood on ice with Alaskan king crab, rock lobster, river prawns, tiger prawns, New Zealand mussels, and a carving station with Australian prime rib, lamb rack, and pan fried foie gras.
