Highlight dishes from COAST's new menu include Shoyu-seared sirloin and Sesame-seared Akami tuna, served with garlic basil mashed potatoes and Japanese wasabi mayonnaise; and Oven-baked lamb cutlet and Rock lobster Fricassee served with crusty potato galette and roasted vegetables.
