The main course features the classic dish Pla Sumlee Thord Kub Phla Mamuang, deep-fried cotton fish fillet with spicy mango salad. Combining the Thai trinity of sweet, sour and spicy, the dish is a triumph of culinary creativity. With its subtle uses of spices, Kaeng Karee Gai Mamuang Sook, chicken with mango in yellow curry highlights the influence of Indian cuisine in Thailand.
