Dr. Valerie McKenzie (right), Anchor/Lead Presenter of “Morning Talk” TV program talks to Senator Monthian Buntan (left), President of Thailand Association of the Blind about the touch program for the blind and how beneficial it was for the children as well as his views on the blind and the situation in Thailand. Currently, there are 600,000 blinded people in Thailand because of disease and accident. The senator aims to increase opportunities as same as others.
