Total Body Training - invites the city’s residents and media to support our clients, friends and family in the 5 km and 10 km charity fun runs at Lumpini Park.
Total Body Training’s Director, Richard Cohen, states, “We also wish to extend this sporting invitation for all runners (and their cheering crews!) to bring a picnic and enjoy Mother Nature’s tranquil pleasures in the city. Moreover while we enjoy a gluttonous race finale, the event is also aimed at benefiting others, with all proceeds collected from participants’ sponsorship to be donated to the underprivileged children’s charity, Right To Play.”
Right to Play’s mission is to improve the lives of children in the most disadvantaged areas of the world by using the power of sport and play for development, health and peace. The children with whom Right To Play works have been seriously affected by conflict, poverty and disease, often for long periods of time. Through regular games and activities, the Right To Play Coaches teach children about self esteem, leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution and important health issues. In Thailand, Right To Play works in Burmese refugee camps, and in rural schools in southern provinces.

Arrival time: 7.30am
Race start times: 8am
Start and finish point: Wireless/Sarasin junction entry
Route: Full laps (2 laps for 5km, 4 laps for 10km)
Picnic brunch: 10am onwards — area to be announced on arrival
