Bangkok--3 Feb--Brand and Communications
Hatairat Articharte (2nd right), Manager of Policy, Government and Public Affairs, Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd., presented the first-time contribution of one million baht to Sathingmo Mangrove Preservation Project to Sermsak Chansawang (2nd left), Mayor of Singha Nakhon Municipality. The cheque presentation was held at Wat Bo Pab School, Sathingmo sub-district, Songkhla.
The project is aimed at promoting mangrove forest and its ecological system as a natural learning center for schools and communities nearby. The project is run by Wat Bo Pab School, Wat Thammakot School, Wat Loga School and Wat Bua Luang School. The total contribution by Chevron to this project is 3,313,502.50 baht as a part of building natural walk track in mangrove forest.
