Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of secure content management solutions, and Bangkok Bank are working together to help protect computer users from online fraud and information theft.
“Everyone who uses a computer is at risk if they are not using reliable antivirus software on their computers,” said Ms Gun Suk Ling, Managing Director for Kaspersky Lab, Southeast Asia. “For example, this year’s notorious ‘Conficker’ worm wreaked havoc on vulnerable computers, infecting, by some estimation, approximately 35 million computers[1]. It also demonstrated why people should install a good antivirus system — and keeps it up-to-date.”

To encourage greater protection, Kaspersky Lab is offering Bangkok Bank customers its antivirus software at specially discounted prices — 10% off when purchasing from a link originating from Bangkok Bank’s internet banking site, and a further 10% off if payment is made with a Bangkok Bank card — a total saving of 20%, the lowest price available in Thailand.
