ในโอกาสที่นาย Mohamed Said Fofana ได้รับการแต่งตั้งกลับเข้ารับตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีแห่งสาธารณรัฐกินี เมื่อวันที่ ๑๘ มกราคม ๒๕๕๗ นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดี ดังนี้

I have an honour to extend to Your Excellency, on behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the people of the Kingdom of Thailand, my sincere congratulations and warm wishes on Your Excellency's reappointment as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Guinea.

I am confident that the amicable ties and friendship already existing in our two countries' relations, both bilaterally and multilaterally, will be further strengthened and broadened under Your Excellency's continued leadership. I look forward to working closely with Your Excellency to promote mutal interest for the benefit of our two countries and peoples.
