ข้อความสารแสดงความเสียใจต่อเหตุระเบิดที่เมืองดาเวา ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ เมื่อวันที่ ๒ กันยายน ๒๕๕๙

ตามที่เกิดเหตุระเบิดที่เมืองดาเวา ประเทศฟิลิปปินส์เมื่อวันที่ ๒ กันยายน ๒๕๕๙ นั้น พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายดอน ปรมัตถ์วินัย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความเสียใจถึงนาย Rodrigo Duterte ประธานาธิบดีฟิลิปปินส์ และนาย Perfecto R.Yasay Jr. รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ดังนี้

I am profoundly saddened to learn of the horrendous bomb explosion in the night market of Davao City on 2 September 2016 which caused the loss of many lives and casualties.

On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I wish to convey to Your Excellency, and through you, our deepest condolences and sympathies to the victims aก the bereaved families on the loss of their loved ones in this tragic incident. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the people of the Philippines during this difficult time.

I am confident that under your resolute leadership, the situation in the area will be restored soon and the perpetrators of violence will be brought to justice. Thailand joins the Philippines and the international community in condemning this heinous crime.

I have learnt with deep sorrow of the bomb explosion in Davao City on 2 September 2016 which claimed many innocent lives and inflicte numerous casualties.

I wish to express my heartfelt condolences and sympathies to Your Excellency and, through you, to the bereaved families on the irreplaceable loss of their loved ones in this dreadful incident and to the injured victims for their speedy recoveries.

In this trying period, I wish you and the people of the Philippines strength and solidarity in overcoming this violent tragedy.
