ในโอกาสการที่รัฐบาลออสเตรียชุดใหม่ของนาย Werner Famann ได้เข้าพิธีสาบานตนรับตำแหน่งเมื่อวันที่ ๑๖ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๖ นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหม และนายสุรพงษ์ โตวิจักษณ์ชัยกุล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงนายกรัฐมนตรีออสเตรีย และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศออสเตรียตามลำดับ ดังนี้
