สารแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสวันชาตินครวาติกัน

ในโอกาสวันครบรอบการสถาปนาสมเด็จพระสันตปาปาฟรันซิส ซึ่งถือเป็นวันชาตินครวาติกันในวันที่ 13 มีนาคม นางสาวยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดีถึงเลขาธิการสันตะสำนัก ดังนี้

On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and Thai people, I have the honour to extend my sincere congratulations and warmest wishes to Your Eminence on the occasion of the Anniversary of the Pontificate of His Holiness Pope Francis and the National Day of Vatican City.

I recall with pleasure my meeting with His Holiness in September 2013 at the Vatican. We had fruitful and constructive dialogue on many pertinent humanitarian issues, such as human trafficking, women and child abuse, as well as the global plight of refugees. On this auspicious occasion, I wish to reiterate Thailand's commitment to work closely with Your Eminence to move towards a people-oriented society, eradicate poverty, and create a peaceful environment for an interfaith community for the benefits of all mankind.
