On behalf of the Government and the people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I have the honour to extend to Your Excellency my felicitations for your appointment as Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The relations between Thailand and Bosnia and Herzegovina have been cordial. Indeed, Thailand is committed to foster good relations with Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially through people-to-people exchanges as well as trade and economic cooperation. I am confident that, with your leadership, friendship and cooperation between Thailand and Bosnia and Herzegovina will be further developed.
